Please read through our booking terms before booking a stay at Pele Cottage.

1. A provisional booking made by telephoning 01669 621650, should be confirmed by the client using the completed booking form. The booking form and a deposit of £50 must be returned to the agent within 10 days. The booking will be acknowledged and a receipt issued for the payment. The remainder of the payment is due 6 weeks prior to the start of the stay. Alternatively a booking can be made online.
2. Should the client cancel the confirmed booking; provided the cottage is re-let the rent will be refunded less a £10 administration fee.
3. Clients are asked to leave the cottage in the same condition as they found it.
4. This is a non smoking property.
5. Clients should inform the agent immediately of any accidents or breakages. At the agent’s discretion, damage may be recharged at replacement cost.
6. Should the property become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the agent’s control (fire, flood etc.); the agent disclaims liability and all monies will be refunded in full.
7. Keys to the accommodation are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and should be collected from East Newtown Farmhouse. See sketch map.
8. Please vacate the property by 10.00am on the day of your departure.
9. The agent disclaims liability for loss or accidental damage to client’s property located at the premises of Pele Cottage during the rental period.
